Rental Terms & Policies Rental Agreement By renting equipment from 1899 Rentals, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or penalties. Rental Duration & Returns - Rental periods are based on daily, weekly, or monthly rates. - Equipment must be returned on time to avoid late fees. - Early returns will not be eligible for refunds. Payment & Deposits - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of equipment. Equipment Use & Responsibility - The renter is responsible for proper operation and care of the equipment. - Any damage, loss, or theft is the renter’s responsibility and may result in additional charges. - Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition. Cleaning fees may apply. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. - Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. - No refunds for no-shows or early returns. Liability & Insurance - The renter assumes all liability for injuries, damages, or accidents that occur while using the equipment. - It is recommended that renters have proper insurance coverage.
